Hi all - a friend and I came to watch the Exiles for the 1st time yesterday (to get us through the NFL off-season blues) and I just wanted to say how impressed I was by the set up of the club. If only my school in Welling had American Football on the curriculum, I would have loved to have got into the sport as a youngster.
Good luck for the rest of the season - go Exiles!
As head of the Exiles fan club in Australia, I'd say its time to flip the swtich and start the 2011 season off right. No mercy boys. Dunc
Dunc! He sure is in charge! Come back for one more season.... you know, if you're in the country
TB at the helm...nice. Hope all is well and goodluck next season exiles.
Oi, you lot, when's my dad gonna be voted into the hall of fame?!
Gridiron was always difficult to publicise in the uk. In the early days we got a lot of negative feedback from the media, and sports community. The fact is, they were wrong. You are testament to that. I am pleased, that as one of the founder members of the Tonbridge Tigers ,that their history lives on, in the Exiles. Best of luck this season, and always..regards Jez..
Hi Ethan, to play full contact you have to be 14 years old. We have three age groups, 14-16, 16-19 and 19+. You can play non-contact from 7-11 (at present we do not have an 11-14 flag team).
Tell your Dad I said hi! And hopefully we will see you both soon!
