Kent Exiles AFC History

A disappointing year which had shown promise in pre-season, although we did greatly improve on the 2000 season, halving our points conceded, and scoring 21 points of our own.

The season was mainly spoiled by the two awarded games which overshadowed the season somewhat, we had to concede the Devils game due to the referees not turning up, which according to league rules is the fault of the home team (!), and the on-off saga of the second Pumas fixture was especially annoying, being re-arranged and called off 3 times before the League awarded us the game.
